ECMC 2015 – Food for Thought

Logo_JPEG

ECMC 2015 is getting closer and since formal and non-formal education is part of the theme this time, I got some talks and videos to share as food for thought.

I will begin with American author Seth Godin asking what (American) School is for? It’s an important question, because our movement has it’s roots in ideas of what school should be for. Yet, school is not education and neither is scouting education only but sometime we may have to ask our selves what education is for and what scouting is for?

(and I don’t think our schools are like american, but we all live in the post-modern world coming from industrialism)
