The Goose Network Meeting of 2014 took place at the Næsbycenter in Denmark, representatives from all over Europe participated, we elected a new coordinator, took principal decisions on European Center Managers Conference, accepted new members and had a great time enjoying and learning from the center and the excursions into Denmark.
These are the meeting minutes based on the agenda for 2014. Hope to see you soon again.

3.1 International Centres Day (ICD)
3.1.1 Report from 2014
ICD was hosted by Zellhof this year and the challenges presented by the ICD of 2014 was very much appreciated. See also info and result in the ICD posts. Every participating center got a small flag. Big thanks to Zellhof.
3.1.2 Who will organize it 2015?
Next ICD: 2:th july 2015, organized by Naesbycenter.
3.2 Camp Staff Seminar
3.2.1 2014, Vässarö
The Camp Staff Seminar of 2014 was held at Vässarö and was very appreciated. We got a lot of blogg posts covering it in the Staff Seminar category.We had discussions on how to learn and network at the Camp Staff seminar and how all this is fed back to the participating centers.
3.2.2 Camp Staff Seminar in 2015, 2016 and 2017
KISC, will as previously agreed, host it in 2015.
Spain to host Camp Staff Seminar in 2016.
Who will host it in 2017?
3.2.3 Planning team(s) and new main organizer for the staff seminar.
We were discussing the previous planning team and the need to find a coordinator for the planning team. The final decision was to hope as many as possible from the old planning team could join again and that the Goose Network Coordinator can select a new Camp Staff Seminar Coordinator with preference for people who have been in previous planning teams.
3.3 Report on Staff exchange 2013-2014
As last year, all staff exchange was in reality coordinated center-to-center. The new updated mission statement contains our new way of working with staff exchange. In short, staff exchange is coordinated center-to-center but promoted by the staff exchange coordinator. See full mission statement here: Goose Network Mission Statement of 2015.
3.4 Report from the Goose Game group
The work is progressing but not as fast as the working group wished. It was decided that Tobias and Johanna will share the role as goose game coordinator.
4 Goose Network Operational Changes
This is the continuation and conclusion on the discussions opened last year on the Goose Network Meeting in Neihaischen.
We had lots of discussion and many god things were said. It all resulted in the adoption of the new updated Goose Network Mission Statement of 2015.
We also discussed the Goose Network in relation to the European Center Managers Conference (ECMC) and decided to support the upcoming ECMC of 2015 in every way and push to get it going.

6.1 Next Goose Network Meeting(s)
2015 should be a ECMC year, which means the managers meeting is expected to be hosted at the ECMC. Sajocinto will host it as previously decided. 2017 should again be a CMC year, hence, nothing to be decided unless there is a CMC problem.
6.2. Goose Network Coordinator aka Mama/Papa Goose
New Goose Network Coordinator also known as Mama-Goose for the next two years is Myriam Heidelberger Kaufmann, Centre Manager at Kandersteg International Scout Centre.
6.3 Staff Exchange Coordinator
New staff exchange coordinator: Markéta Apollo Vaněčková from Zellhof.
6.4 New and Old Goose Network Members
It was decided that centers who do not respond to request for report is out in ‘sleeping’ state’ and contacted by the Goose Network Coordinator

6.5 Goose Network Website
This year the site has experienced an overhaul to the organization of the info, but the info from each center should improve.
