Goose Network Survey 2013 – feedback wanted

I’ve been thinking about having a Goose Network Survey for our network in order to track progress of the network and poll interest for different subjects at the Goose Network Meeting in order to steer the agenda towards areas of interest.

First of all. I need your help with constructive feedback on how to make a short simple and effective survey. I’ve been trying to make on but I feel it became a little bit too big.

For now I have divided the survey into two parts:

Part one is a google form. A little too big form.

Part two is a spreadsheet to fill in. I couldn’t make google form to behave the way I wanted.

The main point of part 1 is to form a basis for discussions on the Goose Network Meeting and tracking progress in some areas in the future.

The main point of part 2 is to aggregate some key numbers for marketing. Id like to be able to tell people clearly how big our network is in number of volunteers, staff, guests etc and also track progress over time, but it also have to be easy for you to find numbers and fill in.

Here is a link to the spreadsheet: http://asplunden.org/dl/goose_network_centre_statistics_template.xlsx

Here is the survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Ni9_d24LS1e9L4BD2kT4iwEvcM3ENtmnbS-HHc9MqGU/viewform

Don’t fill in the survey. Look at it and come up with constructive feedback.

A last note. I did change the order of the items of the agenda for the Goose Network Meeting considering peoples travel plans.
